Who is Nivedita Mehta?

I was inspired to create a wellbeing practice centered upon inner transformation and change after personally going through some enormous unexpected changes in my life, both personal and professional and been able to make a success of it.

I accept all my clients with the intention of teaching them the tools and techniques from my training so that they can self-manage and be free.

I want every client of mine to reclaim their own power and start leading the life they truly deserve.

Blissful Mantra is an embodiment of my vision of world peace through personal peace. A space where people can feel safe, and be drawn to discovering their own multiple underlying barriers to their own success. To learn how to face stress, fear and challenge with joy, faith and honesty.

I do prefer that I teach my clients to be real instead of merely being positive.

Blissful Mantra is founded upon a combination of my formal educational background in Psychology and HR Management as well as my practitioner-level training in a range of modalities (see below).

Blissful Mantra is devoted to the universal principles of emotional wellbeing and inner transformation, espoused by some of the world's leading visionaries in the field of metaphysics, energy psychology and energy healing.

Why Me?

I combine my formal educational qualifications with my understanding and appreciation of spiritually powerful principles to assist you in the area of your life that needs the most attention now.

I coach and consult all clients in the management and ultimately elimination of anxiety-related issues including but not limited to weight challenges, self-sabotage, sleep disorders, wealth-blocks and relationship issues.

I am also available as a guest speaker for your organisation; to train your employees on clearing emotional conflicts at work. Click here to download a media sheet.
