12 days shy of my 18th birthday and seconds before facing certain death under a public bus, my self-deception glared at me right in the eye. For starters, I was certainly not interested in taking the biomedical engineering exam I was half-heartedly preparing for at the time. This powerfully liberating insight illuminated another reality. Simply put, not resisting this truth actually made it easy to handle!! What did matter most was to be true to my deepest values and let them drive my life's journey and vision. To allow myself the liberty of choosing my own path and to live life on my own terms.
Deftly I swung my leg away from the bus just in time and saved my leg and also my life as it turned out. A tiny glimpse of this gift we all are blessed with called "Life".
A Course in Personal Freedom
Apparently when I switched to another discipline soon after (Psychology & English Literature) it was generally considered an ill-fated choice bound to fail, that I had 'lost' one year of academic life. But to me I had gained a whole lot more than I could possibly imagine. I had tasted true freedom. Freedom from learned limiting beliefs and internal barriers. I had discovered the joy of simply being Myself.
Today and This Present Moment
For most of my adult life since that accident, this wonderful truth always stayed by my side, guiding me every step of the way. Even during times when I lost my way and got distracted, this devoted companion and guide, steered the course and held me in good stead through the sometimes very difficult decisions. Today my daily agenda includes exploring the universal truth, committing to cultivating self awareness through learning, being optimistic but honest about the possibilities in every situation and trusting life in giving me whatever I need for my unique personal growth. And most importantly having Fun!!
Home Sweet Home
Having traveled extensively all around the globe, I have had the wonderful opportunity to have lived and worked in 5 different countries in the past 17 years, including Singapore, Barcelona, Hong Kong, Mumbai and currently Melbourne. I call the World my home and have reaped the rich benefits of adapting, performing & forging close ties in diverse multicultural environments. I continue travelling and exploring through my work wherein I take courageous women on spiritual adventures to discover their passion.
Why Me?
The short answer to that would be "why not?" But that would be a little biased!
Apart from my formal educational qualifications I bring my passion for exploration, connection and personal artistic expression to every session. I have full confidence in my clients whose gifts remain hidden to themselves but are calling out to be expressed and shared with the world.
